Newsday Tuesday (06/10/2020)

October 6, 2020

This week’s Newsday Tuesday saw interviews with the former and the two current heads of the university’s Why Is My Curriculum White campaign Aqsa, Fabiha and Wacera about their reaction and response to the Student Union’s poster drawing attention to the race awarding gap. We then spoke to Jocelyn, a director of Lancaster Arts, about opening for this year’s autumn season. Then in the second half of the hour we heard from English lecturer Kamilla about the challenges and advantages of online learning, and finally from Bailrigg’s Head of Speech Noah Katz about how they found being involved in the planning and presenting of Freshers Fair Live.
